Christmas Delivery 2018 Cut off Dates

Rural Victoria, Rural NSW: Thurs 13th December

Regional Western Australia, Regional Queensland,  Northern Territory, TAS & other remote locations: Monday 3rd December

Christmas Closure

We are closed from 21/12/2018-02/01/2019. All orders placed during this period will be sent on 3/01/2019. We thank you for your patience while we spend much needed time with our family

Delivery Fees

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per parcel Australia wide* (excluding Northern Territory and Tasmania).

Shipping rates for Northern Territory and Tasmania will incur a flat rate of $20.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $200 Australia wide* (excluding “Big & Bulky items")

We ship via Australia Post and a range of courier providers depending on your order and location. Orders sent by courier are unable to be shipped to PO Boxes. If you have provided a PO Box delivery address your order will be sent by courier, we will call you to discuss alternate delivery options.

Items that are "Big & Bulky" may incur an additional postage fee. If your item falls into this category it will be noted as “Big & Bulky” in the product description. You will see a “Big & Bulky” option at checkout. Please choose this option to ensure your order is processed efficiently. If you chose the standard/free shipping rate at checkout we will contact you before posting your order, and request an additional postage surcharge. You will then have the chance to either proceed with your order or cancel and receive a refund.

Additional freight charges may also be incurred for deliveries to remote locations within Australia. If you live in a remote location, we will contact you before posting your order and request an additional surcharge. At this stage you will have the chance to either proceed with your order or cancel and receive a refund.  

Express shipping options are available. If your order is urgent and you require express shipping please submit your order and write EXPRESS in the notes section. This will incur an additional charge depending on the size of your purchase and the location. We will contact you to arrange a quote and payment.


You must provide the correct shipping details at the time of making your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Everbloom Kids is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please contact us immediately via or 0404 313 052 if you notice that your details are wrong. If your order has already been dispatched Everbloom Kids will not be liable.

Everbloom Kids will send you an email once your parcel has been dispatched and this will include your parcel’s consignment number so that you can track its progress if you wish to.

Delivery Times

Orders will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & NSW public holidays) upon placing your online order. Following public holidays and busy holiday periods such as Christmas, orders may be dispatched within 72 hours of your order being placed.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

  • Sydney: approximately 1-3 business days
  • Australia wide: approximately 4-10 business days
  • Regional Western Australia, Regional Queensland,  Northern Territory & other remote locations: approximately 7-14 business days

Any dates quoted for the delivery of the products are approximate only. Everbloom Kids shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products, howsoever caused.

Parcel Safety

You can choose to allow our courier to leave your parcel at your premises should no one be available to sign for the parcel. This is called " Authority to Leave". If you are happy for your items to be left in a safe spot you can request this by placing a comment in the box at checkout with specific details for example “authority to leave at front door”. If you select the “Authority to Leave” option, you assume all responsibility for the delivery and safety of the parcel and Everbloom Kids will not be liable in the unfortunate event that the parcel goes missing.
