What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payment via MasterCard, Visa, Amex and PayPal. We also offer AfterPay.
If you would like to pay via direct deposit please contact us and we can place your order over the phone or alternatively please email your order details to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will provide you with our bank details for the direct deposit once we receive your order. No order will be shipped until full payment is made.
How much is delivery?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide (excluding Northern Territory) for orders with a total value of less than $200.
Shipping to Northern Territory is offered at a flat rate of $20.
Orders over $200, that don't fall into our 'Big & Bulky' category, are FREE!

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No. You can checkout as a “guest”.
How do I use my discount code?
When you get to checkout you will be able to enter your address and payment details as well as review your order. On the right hand side there will be a field that says “Discount”. Enter your discount code and simply press apply. This will recalculate your order value for you.
I may not be home at the time of delivery. Can you I request to leave the parcel in a safe place?
All parcels will require signature upon delivery. You can however, choose to allow our courier to leave your parcel at your premises should no one be available to sign for the delivery. This is called an Authority to Leave. If you are happy for your items to be left in a safe spot you can request this by placing a comment in the cart notes before checkout with specific details for example “authority to leave at front door”. If you choose to leave an “Authority to Leave” you assume all responsibility for the delivery and safety of the parcel and Everbloom Kids will not be liable in the unfortunate event that the parcel goes missing.
If you do not provide an “authority to leave” you will be required to sign for the parcel. If you are not home a calling card will be left and you will need to contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery. If this does occur you will need to contact the courier company promptly so that the parcel doesn’t get returned to us. If the parcel is returned to Evernloom Kids, you will incur a fee for re-delivery.
How will I know my order has been sent?
Everbloom Kids will send you an email notifying you once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to receive an update via phone if you choose this option once your order has been placed.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will provide you with tracking details with your shipping confirmation email.
Do you post Internationally?
Unfortunately at this stage we don’t offer international postage.
I live overseas, can I purchase gifts for delivery to my family/friends in Australia?
Yes - you can make your purchase and have the gifts delivered to an address within Australia. Please write “gift” in the “cart notes” section at the checkout to ensure we remove all price tags and do not include an invoice with the order. If you would like to include a personalised message please include the message in the “cart notes”.
If I change my mind can I return the product/s?
Yes. Please refer to “Returns & Cancellations”.
My order has been damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are not damaged however, if damage occurs during the delivery process please contact us for a replacement or refund. Please refer to “Returns & Cancellations” for more information.
Do you have a gift guide?
We have a created a wonderful list of gift ideas under our “gift guide” giving you gift options under $20, $50 and $100. We also have an exciting range of themed gift boxes plus Christmas gifts and stocking fillers to choose from during the festive season.
EVEN BETTER! We offer a personalised gift finding service for FREE. All you need to do is provide us with the child’s age and a budget and we will carefully choose a fun and educational gift for them. Have a Christmas List? No worries! We can help with that too!
