We want you to be happy with your purchase as customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind we may be able to offer you a refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange at our sole discretion, however, you must notify us within seven (7) days after delivery of the products and the products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. If items are received in unsellable condition, your return may not be processed.
To return your purchase please email email@example.com with your order number and we’ll email you back with the address to send your return to. You are responsible for all return freight charges and will only be refunded once we have received the products.

You can cancel your order by contacting us via phone at any time prior to dispatch of the product. If the product has already been shipped you can return the item as outlined in the returns policy above.
If the product is faulty then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing you with a replacement product. You must notify Everbloom Kids immediately, but no later than seven (7) days after delivery of the products. Where the item is faulty we will ask for photographs of the damage and you may be required to return the products prior to receiving a replacement or refund.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the faulty item we may not be able to process your claim.
